How do back links work?
Your back links feature works well (at least in Magazine template) so the geek in me is curious how it works, how does Blot know there are existing links to a post?
Does it scan the site or some internal database when a new post is generated?
When a post or page is published, Blot extracts a list of internal links (i.e. links to other items on your site). This list of internal links is used to update a corresponding list of backlinks stored against the linked post or page.
All of this is stored in the database for your site, alongside the rest of the entry.
