Create a section on a page showing entries with a specific tag

Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find it when perusing existing questions.

I'd like to set up some pages as homes for my various projects, many of which have their own tags for related blog posts. I know that you can create a new .html file with the syntax on https://blot.im/templates/developers/examples/all-posts-with-a-tag, but I was hoping to do it with a regular page made with a .md file. It'd be much easier to update the rest of the content that way.

Is that possible?
