Issues with Dropbox
Hi. I have definitely saved certain documents to the correct Dropbox folder but it's not showing. Any thoughts appreciated

Answered 4 years ago · Edit answerIn general, this is the series of steps I take when diagnosing Dropbox issues with a customer's blog.
Check that Blot is connected to the correct Dropbox account, this can be confirmed on the folder settings page on the dashboard.
Check that Blot's in your Dropbox account is the folder you are editing, this can be confirmed under the Location on the folder settings page on the dashboard.
Check that Dropbox is turned on and syncing. This can be confirmed by adding a file to your Dropbox folder, then visiting Dropbox.com and navigating to where you placed the file on the web interface.
