How to create a page with iframe?

You can paste the HTML for the iframe directly into your blog post or page. Markdown supports all HTML.

I suspect you're running into an issue because you have an adblocker installed, or are using a browser which is blocking the iframe. Blot does not prevent the embedding of iframes in posts.

I am having this same issue. To my knowledge I have no blockers turned on; I’m on a pretty stock iPad.
