Adding a 'contact us' form?

I've since found this, https://www.100forms.com/ready-forms/contact-us-form/

Works well. I don't know but the code they offered was added to a contact_us.md post and I linked it so that it is in the menu for my site at buriedbits.org. The only thing now is to hide it from my posts. Any ideas?

ok I now sorted the link issue using the /Pages paradigm. The rest is just CSS. Hope someone finds this helpful.

All resolved. Small CSS issue that I can't track down due to my own skill limits but I am happy with this contact form. Perhaps I am naive but it would be great if this could be built-in to Blot
