How do I make a post title in the Archive appear different from its title/header within the post itself?

Hello! You might be interested in setting the title metadata of your post. Consider the following post's source file:

Title: Apples

# Oranges

Post goes here...

On the Archive, its title will appear as Apples, per the metadata, but the title tag on the post itself will display Oranges, per the post's content.
