I would appreciate the opportunity to host an independent photo portfolio as well as a blog. However, I am currently unable to locate the method to incorporate a second website within my dashboard.
I released support for PayPal last week and it was not possible until just no to modify the quantity on a PayPal subscription, which is necessary to add a second site to your account.
You should now see the 'Create blog' button on your dashboard
