I used the {|<} tag to put an image and a video in the margin of my post, and looks fine. But when I go to my home page where all my posts are listed, the video (a screen recording) is longer than the text next to it, so it is hanging down past the post it goes with and looks messy on the home page.
Is there a way for content in the margins to push other posts on the home page down vertically so that posts are not overlapping? Thanks
No, there isn't unfortunately. You should only put stuff in the margins that is shorter than the main body of your post. If you want to hack this, you could add lots of line breaks at the end of your post to make it longer:
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
...
But this is still a hack: in short, I'd recommend writing a longer post or moving some of your work out of the margin!
