Trying to upload a Wordpress export

I'm trying to upload an Export of a WordPress site, but I get an error that the "413 Request Entity Too Large". The file is 8.3 megabytes, which doesn't seem all that large. What is the max upload size?

I will adjust the max request size for for the importer uploads. I suspect it's 5MB at the moment.

Would it be possible to increase it to allow a 13 MB import?

This is now increased! You should be able to import much larger Wordpress XML files (up to 100mb)
