Experimenting with templates?

Hello – where can I play with templates and are there 3rd party templates that are free or pay?

To experiment with templates, simply click 'Fork' on the template settings page. You'll see a new copy of the template added, which you can mess around with. You can even fork a new copy of a fork! It helps with working on a template to come up with different variations

There are not any third party templates right now, beyond these few on GitHub

You can also see other templates, some converted from other platforms, on the Template archive page of your dashboard:

Great, thank you!

For the archived templates are they not supported as in the the frontmatter or metadata doesn’t work like current themes or does it mean that we need to know our way around CSS and HTML on the backend?

By unsupported, I mean that if you run into bugs with the archived templates, I'm unlikely to fix them for you – bugs with the main templates however, I'm guaranteed to fix. Of course, there's nothing stopping you from fixing any issues with the archived templates, or adjusting their HTML/CSS, just that I likely won't spend the time on them

Please let me know if you have any questions about this or anything else
